Safety before speed
We refuse jobs we cannot run safely, including flat faced breeds in a cargo hold in peak summer. Losing a booking costs us less than getting one wrong.
A price on the first call
You get a real range before you commit, from published route pricing. No form that takes two days to come back with a number shaped by how urgent you sounded.
The honest mode, not the dearest
If road is right for your route we say so, even though air earns more. Most of our advice moves people down the price list rather than up it.

The three words the business was built around. Pets travel comfortably and safely. Peace means you are not left wondering where your dog is for eight hours. Places means a move should not be the reason you turn down a job in another city.

Everywhere else
Served by the same team travelling out, or by our ground network. The handler who collects your pet is still one of ours and is named to you before the day.

Is PetRelocation.IN a certified pet relocation company?
Yes. We are an IPATA member and we work to IATA live animal regulations for crates and handling, which is the standard airlines check a crate against at acceptance.
Certification matters most for air travel. For road and train moves what protects your pet is the handler, not a certificate, which is why we name the person travelling with them.
Who will actually be with my pet?
One named handler, for the whole journey. We have more than 15 pet handlers for train and air work and more than 20 drivers for road moves, and you are told who is on your booking before the day.
The same person who collects your pet completes the handover at the other end. Your pet is not passed between strangers at a depot.
How long have you been doing this?

Where are you based?

A branch city means our own vehicles, our own handlers and vets we already work with. Everywhere else is covered by the same team travelling out.
What is Aigan Pet Relocation Services?
PetRelocation.IN is part of Aigan Pet Relocation Services. Same operation, same team, same handlers.
Do you move cats and small pets, or only dogs?
All of them. Dogs and cats are the bulk of our work, and we also move birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and other rodents, turtles, tortoises and fish.
The plan changes by species rather than by size alone. A cat is kept enclosed and undisturbed where a dog wants walks and company at halts, and the railway dog box is not available for cats at all.
Do you own your vehicles, or subcontract?
Road moves run in our own pet taxis with our own drivers. Train and air travel uses the railway or the airline, obviously, but the person accompanying your pet is ours throughout.
We do not hand pets to a general courier or a parcel service at any point.
How do I check you are the right company for my move?
Call and ask us to talk you through your specific route. If a cheaper mode suits you better we will say so on that call, and you will hear us decline anything we do not think is safe for your pet.
